Technical Services Organization is constantly going above and beyond for
its customers. There is no limit to the services provided by Daly, as
was the case with the American Cancer Society (ACS). On short notice,
ACS approached Daly to provide an on-site engineer at its office in
Washington, DC. Daly quickly provided two candidates for the customer to
interview, and upon acceptance, had the engineer that had been selected
on the job the next day. This engineer was the sole IT support presence
for a very high visibility office, dealing almost exclusively with
lobbyists, VPs, doctors, etc. This engineer supported all technology in
their office, from the traditional desktop, server and application
duties, to additional duties such as palm pilots and video conferencing.
Originally intended to be a 6 month contract, the customer extended the
contract an additional 7 months, due to their satisfaction with our
performance. |
