Contract Period

Effective August 11, 2010 - 3 years base with two 1 year extensions

Authorized Users

All City of Baltimore Agencies and Related Entities as well as other governmental agencies which choose to use this. Fast rider entities including Fairfax County Public Schools, Prince William County Public Schools.
