  • To submit a request through the service portal, authorized users must log in. If you request assistance by phone or email, you will not need to log in. Either way, you must provide user and equipment information. Once your information has been collected, a ticket number will be issued.
  • To review a request through the service portal, authorized users must be signed in. If you are requesting support via phone or email, you will not need to be signed in, but you will have to provide your ticket number.
