As the old saying goes, “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.” We speak with our manufacturing partners regularly to request status updates and advocate on behalf of our customers, stressing the urgency of delivering on what we’ve promised.
We are not a ‘one-vendor shop’ and have strong relationships with multiple manufacturing partners. In many cases, we can offer alternative solutions that are either in stock or have a shorter fulfillment time.
It’s not easy to deliver bad news, but we firmly believe in keeping our customers informed. You’ll get regular updates from us even if there’s no change in order status.
