DALY Computers’ journey began in 1987 as a retail operation located in Gaithersburg, MD, building quality computers and offering a variety of related services. DALY was officially founded on October 23rd, 1987, by Ryan Yu.
Since the beginning, Mr. Yu has envisioned a business model that is nimble, adaptive, and able to quickly incorporate the rapid changes taking place in the technology industry. DALY took this purposeful road as a constant in its growth strategy. Since its inception, Mr. Yu has made sure the company is well-positioned in key business segments of the IT landscape.
In the early 1990s, Mr. Yu decided to expand its customer base, diversify its technology competencies, and significantly expand its portfolio. During this time, the company has also directed its focus into the public sector arena.
Over the past 32 years, DALY’s expertise and offerings have broadened significantly to encompass a wide range of enterprise-related solutions in the areas of network/storage virtualization, data center build-out, security, project management, consulting services, as well as a variety of audiovisual related solutions and managed services to include managed print services. Throughout its existence, DALY has won many awards that recognize its excellence as an IT solution provider and system integrator as well as its many community involvement programs.
DALY currently has its headquarters in Frederick, MD, with satellite offices in Rosedale, MD, and other locations in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company serves K-12 & higher education institutions, state & local government, and healthcare organizations. DALY is passionate about helping its customers achieve their mission goals.
